Following our previous communication, we would like to provide additional
details regarding the consumption regulation requested by ANDE.

They have instructed us to stop part of the production, which has already
been implemented.

ANDE explained that this request was made due to the following reason: 220
kV Transmission Line Overload.

This curtailment started on November 4, 2026, at 13:22 (GMT -3) and
concluded on November 04, 2026, at 15:57 (GMT -3), the reduction request
was for 25MW, distributed proportionally among all clients. The curtailment
lasted a total of 2 hours and 35 minutes.

We are pleased to inform you that production across the project has been
fully restored and is now operating normally.
