Following our previous communication, we would like to provide further
details regarding the power curtailment requested by ANDE.

ANDE instructed us to partially reduce production due to an overload on the
220 kV MD–PIH transmission line. The requested curtailment was implemented
accordingly.

ANDE notified us of this request via WhatsApp on November 3, 2026, at 19:21
(GMT-3), approximately 6 minutes before the requested curtailment was
scheduled to begin. As usual, no official email notification was received.

The curtailment started on November 3, 2026, at 19:27 (GMT-3), and
concluded at 21:22 (GMT-3), lasting a total of 1 hour and 55 minutes.

The requested reduction was 30 MW, distributed proportionally among all
clients.

We are pleased to inform you that production across the entire project has
been fully restored and is now operating normally.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
