regarding the consumption regulation requested by ANDE.

ANDE instructed us to partially reduce production, which was implemented as
requested. The reason provided by ANDE was the outage of the 220 kV MD-IRY
transmission line.

They contacted us on October 30, 2026, at 10:01 hours (GMT -3) via
WhatsApp, approximately 18 minutes before the requested curtailment began.

The curtailment began on October 30, 2026, at 10:19 hours (GMT -3) and
concluded at 11:07 hours (GMT -3), lasting a total of 48 minutes.

During this period, ANDE requested a production reduction of 20 MW,
distributed proportionally among all clients.

We are pleased to confirm that production across the project has been fully
restored and operations have returned to normal levels.
