Hernandarias data center campus.

Maximum duration: 2 hours

Scope: Firmware upgrade of the site's perimeter firewall cluster.

Expected impact: The upgrade will be performed on a high-availability
cluster with session synchronization enabled, so no service impact is
expected. However, brief connectivity intermittencies may occur during the
window.

No action is required on your side. We will monitor the network throughout
the maintenance and will confirm once the work has been completed.

If you have any questions or notice any issue during or after the window,
please reply to this email and we will assist you.

We would like to inform you that container Z2 is temporarily out of service
due to electrical work being carried out on one of the main circuit
breakers (TM), which is currently faulty.

This event began at 18:14 hours (GMT -3) and is expected to last
approximately 2 hours. Production will be resumed as soon as possible.
